Government and organizational use notes

Government, airport, installation, consultant, and engineering users must follow their own procurement, ethics, cybersecurity, records, and approval processes. Clear Path supports planning, obstruction screening, criteria-based evaluation, report documentation, and decision support.

References to FAA, DoD, UFC, Part 77, or airport criteria identify source criteria only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, approval, or official status by any agency, command, military unit, or airport authority.
