These answers are written for airport managers, engineers, planners, consultants, and government-adjacent users evaluating whether Clear Path fits an internal screening and reporting workflow.
It supports planning, screening, documentation, and decision support for proposed objects or changes near supported runway environments. It helps teams organize inputs, review criteria-based results, and retain a structured report for coordination.
It does not certify compliance, issue FAA, DoD, airport-sponsor, command, or engineering approval, and it does not replace required engineering, surveying, OE/AAA, TERPS, safety, environmental, or agency review.
Supported scope is limited to the fixed-wing criteria currently encoded in the release: supported Part 77 fixed-wing surfaces, supported FAA AC fixed-wing criteria and protected-area findings, DoD Part 77 supported surfaces, and supported UFC fixed-wing criteria already implemented.
Use reports for coordination, screening, planning, design review, internal quality control, procurement support, and decision support. Keep the assumptions, version metadata, and criteria basis attached when forwarding the report.
Version, build, and validation metadata show what logic was active when the report was generated. That traceability matters when results are reviewed later by leadership, engineering, safety, contracting, airport sponsors, or government stakeholders.
Seek follow-on review whenever a result is a violation, a protected-zone finding, Needs Review, Not Evaluated, or when project approval depends on authority-specific process rather than screening alone. Metadata-sparse airports and unsupported criteria also require additional review.
Public pages include onboarding content and a sample report so teams can review the workflow before rollout. Demo registration is self-service from the Home or Plans page, while paid rollout questions and broader access discussions still route through the support channel.
Demo registration is generally no-charge unless separately agreed in writing. Single-use purchases are generally non-refundable once access, evaluation, or report delivery has occurred, except for duplicate charge, billing error, required law, or written agreement. Monthly plans may be canceled before renewal; access continues through the paid term; no prorated refunds are generally provided except for billing error, required law, or written agreement. Annual plans may cancel renewal; refunds are provided only by written agreement, billing error, or required law. Enterprise and other manual-billing arrangements follow the applicable written order, quote, or contract.
