Preliminary Use Only
Outputs from Clear Path are intended to help identify potential issues early. They are preliminary screening and decision-support outputs only and may support planning, design review, internal quality control, and operational decision-making workflows. They must not be treated as a substitute for official FAA, DoD, airport sponsor, military, state, local, or other authority review processes.
No Official Determination or Approval
Clear Path does not issue approvals, certifications, hazard findings, no-hazard findings, waivers, airspace determinations, airport sponsor approvals, or legal determinations. Use of the application does not imply FAA approval, DoD approval, or approval by any airport sponsor or other authority having jurisdiction.
No Government or Airport Endorsement
References to FAA, DoD, UFC, Part 77, airport criteria, or source documents identify the source criteria being evaluated. They do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, government backing, command backing, airport approval, or official status from any agency, command, military unit, airport sponsor, or airport authority.
No Engineering, Surveying, or Legal Advice
Clear Path does not provide licensed engineering services, surveying services, legal advice, or formal professional opinions. It is not a substitute for sealed engineering work, survey control, legal analysis, or project-specific professional judgment.
User Responsibility for Inputs and Verification
Results depend on the accuracy, completeness, datum consistency, coordinate interpretation, runway data, and other information provided by the user or available reference sources. Users are responsible for verifying all inputs, assumptions, criteria selection, calculations, outputs, and generated reports with the appropriate authority having jurisdiction before relying on them for design, construction, acquisition, operational, or compliance decisions.
Known Limitations
Clear Path includes documented known limitations, unsupported criteria, dependency- gated logic, and contextual overlays. Users must review the Known Limitations and Definitions & Assumptions pages before relying on outputs. Part 77 includes separate heliport criteria under 14 CFR 77.23, but unsupported heliport / rotor-wing pathways remain not evaluated in this release and are not inferred from fixed-wing airport logic.
Independent Review Required
Users must obtain independent professional, regulatory, airport, engineering, surveying, and legal review where required. Clear Path results should be treated as planning inputs for review, not as final authorization to site, construct, acquire, operate, permit, or certify a project.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner and operators of Clear Path disclaim liability for project costs, delay, rework, compliance failures, business losses, operational impacts, third-party claims, or other damages arising from use of or reliance on the application, its data, or its outputs.
